Congratulations to Zaydan, the Chessroad Squad Champion for Term2, Celebrate International Chess Day

The Chessroad Squad Tournament coincided with International Chess Day, providing a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the occasion. To mark the day, the organisers created a special message board where players were invited to share their thoughts, draw their favourite chess-inspired artwork, or pay tribute to their favourite players. The board quickly filled with positive messages highlighting the values of kindness, friendship, challenge, respect, sportsmanship, fun, relationships, and the joy of chess, etc. Many participants also expressed their love for the game, welcomed new players, and celebrated some of chess's biggest personalities, including Hikaru Nakamura, GothamChess, and Magnus Carlsen. The initiative captured the spirit of International Chess Day and reflected the strong sense of community within the Chessroad family.

It was fascinating to observe the players' skills over the board as they embarked on their mission to hunt down the opposing king.
